Panic attacks are the results of anxiety. These attacks are frightening, but not physically harmless at all. A Panic attack is a disorder in which a person goes through episodes of intense fear that occur suddenly. The duration of panic attacks can be from a few minutes to one hour. An attack may occur once in a while or quite frequently.
It is not like that every anxiety affected person experiences these attacks, but a large number of those people go through this painful experience and some of them experience daily or weekly.
